Bobby Berger & The Spirit of Man
This page is dedicated to my father, Robert Carol Berger, who devoted the last three years of his life pursuing a dream to become the first transatlantic balloonist. Although his life ended when the balloon he designed and built crashed into Barnegat Bay, NJ on August 6, 1974, his spirit lives on in everyone who either knew him personally or have been inspired by his quest.
